Every Design Edit is shaped by the client and by our design language. An Italian sense of proportion, contrast and texture guides the selection. The pieces are not simply coordinated. They are edited.

One day, one architect

  1. Before you arrive

    Your home comes first

    A short questionnaire about your space, your taste and what you are looking for. This is where your day begins to take shape.

  2. Morning

    Coffee at the atelier

    We start slowly: a private briefing, a few steps from Santa Croce.

  3. First appointment

    The artisan quarter

    A short distance from the atelier: a workshop, an antique dealer, an art gallery or the local antiques market. We take the time to explore. To compare. To touch materials.

  4. Midday

    A leisurely brunch together

    A table in the neighbourhood. Time to rest and talk over the first discoveries.

  5. Second appointment

    A showroom visit

    Planned in advance for you: contemporary design, fine textiles and natural materials, design icons or bespoke pieces.

  6. Back at the atelier

    28nero Signature Rendering

    The chosen pieces, taking shape together in front of you. In the days that follow, the atelier takes care of any orders.

Purchases are paid by the client directly to each supplier and remain subject to their terms. Shipping and duties are not included.

Optional extension

Carrara Marble Edit

The Edit can extend to the Carrara marble district with a dedicated sourcing day. Not only slabs and surfaces for a project: in Carrara, marble becomes objects of every scale, from the smallest detail to the centrepiece of a room. Quarries, workshops and specialists are selected according to what you are looking for.

With Alessandra's roots in Massa Carrara, the extension follows the same principle as Florence: selected places, specialist knowledge and a clear design point of view.
